Privacy Policy
Last updated September 25, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what information Frame Spree collects, how it's used, and the choices you have — including how to access, export, or delete your data.
1. Information we collect
Account information: your name, company/organization, email address, and password (stored hashed, never in plain text).
Billing information: handled directly by our payment processors (Stripe and/or PayPal) — we store a reference to your subscription, not your full card details.
Content you configure: walls, feeds, photo booths, uploaded images, and any third-party account connections you choose to make.
Visitor-submitted content: when your event attendees interact with a wall or photo booth you set up (comments, poll answers, photo booth photos, names they enter), that content is stored on your behalf so you can moderate and display it.
2. How we use information
To provide and improve the Service, process payments, send account-related emails (billing, security notices, password resets), and — only where you've enabled it — run AI-assisted content moderation on visitor-submitted text.
3. Third-party services
We share data with third parties only as needed to provide the Service: payment processors (Stripe, PayPal), cloud storage (Cloudflare R2) for uploaded media, connected social platforms you authorize, and — if you enable AI-assisted moderation — the AI provider your administrator has configured. Each of these has its own privacy policy governing its handling of your data.
4. Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember basic preferences. We don't use third-party advertising trackers.
5. Data retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from Profile settings, which permanently removes your walls, feeds, posts, comments, uploaded files, and connected accounts. Some records (such as billing history required for tax/accounting compliance) may be retained where the law requires it.
6. Your rights
You can, at any time:
- Download a copy of your account data from Profile settings.
- Correct or update your account information from Profile settings.
- Permanently delete your account and all associated data from Profile settings.
If you need help with any of the above, contact us at [email protected].
7. Children's privacy
The Service is not directed at children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We'll update the "last updated" date above when we do.
9. Contact
