Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of Frame Spree (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Frame Spree lets you build and moderate social media walls and photo booth experiences for events, and connects to third-party platforms (including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube, Pinterest, TikTok, LinkedIn, Google, Yelp, Vimeo, and Slack) to display content you choose to pull in.

2. Accounts

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processors (Stripe and/or PayPal). You can cancel at any time from your billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless stated otherwise. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to collect, display, or distribute content that is unlawful, infringing, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, or otherwise violates a third party's rights or any connected platform's own terms of service. You're responsible for moderating content displayed on your walls, including any AI-assisted moderation settings you choose to enable.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you upload or configure through the Service. You grant us a license to host, display, and process that content solely to provide the Service to you. Content pulled in from connected third-party platforms remains subject to that platform's own terms.

6. Third-party platforms

Connecting a third-party account (social platform, payment processor, storage provider) is subject to that provider's own terms and privacy policy. We aren't responsible for the availability, content, or policies of third-party platforms.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Profile settings, which permanently removes your data as described in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Frame Spree is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
